Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts for Mobile app / Web app;
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop best UX, visually appealing UI and micro-interactions that adhere to brand guidelines and design systems;
  • Conduct user interviews, user testing and colleagues;
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and Marketers to continuously improve the user experience through data-driven design decisions;
  • Deliver final design work to the development team for implementation.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience designing Mobile app and Web app;
  • Experience UI design tool, design library and components (Figma);
  • Experience with 2D Graphics Design, Motion Design and Animation for Mobile app / Web app (Illustration , Photoshop, After Effects, Lotties JSON);
  • Experience with mobile app design (iOS / Android / Web app);
  • Experience conducting user interview and usability testing;
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

AI-Augmented Workflow

As an AI-first company, we expect designers to actively integrate AI into their daily workflow, not just design AI-powered products.

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for ideation, research synthesis, and UX writing
  • Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. v0, Lovable, Figma AI features) for rapid prototyping and exploration
  • Utilize generative tools to create and iterate visual assets efficiently
  • Treat prompt writing as a core design skill with the ability to guide, refine, and evaluate AI outputs
  • Shorten the design-to-development loop using AI-assisted workflows (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Code Connect)
  • Apply critical thinking when working with AI understanding when to rely on AI and when to apply human judgment.
