Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer (NLP and RecSys) to join our team, who will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art AI models, optimizing existing algorithms, and deploying scalable AI solutions to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large-scale texts and user interaction data;
- Develop and deploy NLP models for content understanding;
- Develop ML models to enhance personalization and user engagement;
- Develop and maintain services for the real-time RecSys system;
- Conduct A/B experiments to validate model performance and business impact.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Proficient in Java and Python;
- Good knowledge of Algorithms, Data Structure;
- Good knowledge of Machine Learning, Probability and Statistics;
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn;
- Experience with NLP and Recommendation Systems;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs);
- Background in handling large-scale user data and optimizing for high concurrency.
