As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel advertising campaigns, while developing creative content strategies to elevate the AI Hay brand. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate advertising performance, optimize budgets, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Regularly monitor user insights to optimize advertising strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities and propose relevant optimization strategies.
- Develop plans and maintain brand consistency across digital communication channels.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Experience or coursework in digital marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in Ads, budgets managed, and results achieved.
- Proficiency in running multi-channel advertising campaigns, with a preference for Facebook and TikTok.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and evaluate campaign performance.
- Proactive in keeping up with Digital Marketing trends and able to quickly adapt to new platforms, tools, and methodologies.
- Basic design skills (experience with Canva and CapCut is a plus).
- A background in Mobile Gaming, Technology is a plus.
- Experience working with digital products, mobile applications, or consumer technology products is a plus.
