Who We Are Looking For:
Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for social media and a track record of building channels from the ground up? AI Hay is looking for a Social Media Lead to take charge of our social media presence and help elevate our brand to new heights! Join our team to lead breakthrough campaigns and shape the future of our social media strategy.
Role Overview:
As the Social Media Lead, you will:
- Develop a cross-platform social media strategy for AI Hay, including Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and more.
- Build and manage an in-house content team to produce engaging social content, or coordinate with partners and agencies as needed.
- Craft a cohesive content strategy that aligns with our product, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Oversee content quality when working with agencies and KOLs, from brainstorming ideas to reviewing posts, scripts, and visual concepts.
- Plan and execute seasonal, event-based, and trend-focused campaigns to engage our target audience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media teams and building channels (please share links to previous projects). Experience launching channels from scratch is a strong plus.
- Strong trend awareness with an ability to connect with our target audience through relevant and empathetic strategies.
- Solid understanding of branding, with the ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all brand touchpoints.
- Experience in content quality control when collaborating with partners, including concept development, writing, scripting, and design.
- Basic design skills are a plus (experience with Canva, Figma, etc.).
